Property Accountant - Marina del Rey

Generate monthly profit and loss reports and financial statements, annual 1099s

Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, rent roll, late notices, open credits, move-in and move-out of tenants, rent increases, security deposit refunds, billing adjustments, CPI increases, utility log and tenant chargeback.

Verify tenant’s monthly gross sales reports, assess fee per tenant and consolidate reports submitted to the County of Los Angeles-Beaches and Harbors.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, journal entries, cash journals and quarterly and year-end tax information.

Coordinate and assist with external tax firm

Reconcile common area expenses per property.

Prepare budgets

Monitor W-9’s and vendors insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,078.44 - $92,030.00 per year
