Mishorim Gold Properties is hiring a full-time Accountant responsible for general financial duties, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and day-to-day accounting for a Commercial real estate company. The ideal candidate should have previous experience with accounting and strong attention to detail. The Accountant will provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity, and cash flows. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Posting General entries
  • Making daily bank adjustments
  • Responsibility over account payables
  • Initiating payments
  • Involved in the process of tenant CAM adjustments
  • Providing various reports to Landlord and management
  • Involved in preparation of the properties financial reporting.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Skills

Candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in accounting (preferably In the field of yielding commercial properties e.g. involving recording of vendor payments, tenant payments, property expenses, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs to include ability to set up Excel spreadsheets using formulas and function keys
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others in the finance department and management team
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, able to multitask and have effective time management skills
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Experience:

  • Accounting: 3 years (Required)
  • Commercial Real Estate (Required)
  • Yardi Voyager experience (Preffered)
