CAMFS, the largest independent fleet maintenance company in the country, is currently hiring a Project Support Specialist I. As a Project Support Specialist, I you will be responsible for researching and analyzing strategic choices for change and make recommendations to achieve the desired goal. They establish and manage the overall CAMFS project priority list.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Salesforce Field Service system.
  • Understanding operational needs for future development.
  • Monitoring operational performance.
  • Providing training as needed, regarding new rollouts, new employees, and market follow-up needs.
  • Coordinate business resources needed for each project phase including:
    • Initiation
    • Analysis
    • Design
    • Development/Deployment
  • Communicate any operational changes to field employees as needed.
  • Develops a trusting atmosphere that is conducive to always receiving feedback from GMs and their staff. Models a professional image in language and behavior.
  • Be a leader by inspiring the GMs to fully support the new program at their locations to maximize the potential profit in their area.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the Sales team to continue to understand customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal groups: Systems, Sales, Field Operations, Accounting, and Training.
  • Execute and manage special projects as needed.
  • Attend trade shows and industry-related events as a representative of the company.
  • Monitor, analyze and provide recommendations on improving efficiency.
  • Extends trust and builds a professional environment with all business relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, with between 5 - 7 years of Fleet Maintenance supervisory and management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver information clearly and accurately in responding to questions.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Results-oriented with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage own time to ensure projects are completed on time.
