Hill International is seeking a Project Specialist in Los Angeles, California

  • Follow-up on action item completion with stakeholders that are critical to project progression and execution
  • Create meeting notes from internal or external meetings including creating an action item list from the meetings
  • Support tracking due dates of deliverables to and from contractor
  • Support collection of documentation for Capital Delivery Model stage gate checklists
  • Support uploads of documentation for stage gate deliverables via Open Text or other platforms
  • Support closeout activities between project team and contractor
  • Support Procore workflows and document management
  • Support project team with the change management process
  • Support creation of internal requisitions for service contracts and change orders
  • Maintain tracking of requisitions that are requiring either internal review or Supply Management contractual deliverables.
  • Manage all contract tracking utilized by project team. This includes weekly updates on current value, remaining value, expiration dates, and unpaid invoices.
  • Support contractor with Owner systems, including providing internal documentation that is critical to contractor deliverables.
  • Manage events associated with the project. This includes possible milestone company events that will involve catering and/or celebrations.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Ability to work well with staff of all levels, employers and outside agencies.
  • Requires organizational, and coordination skills and ability to produce written documents

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
