Job description

This position will report directly to the quotes manager.. Quotations Specialist will focus on project quote requests from our clients. The position will work with Sales Representative, vendor partners. You will be required to send out quote request, put together job jobs, and request cut numbers for the projects you are bidding. Quotation specialist will responsible for putting together project proposals and follow-up the sales representative assigned to the customer.

Additional responsibilities included: Excel and Word

Maintain project quote logs.

Maintain vendor pricing files.

Reporting project hit rates to management.

Required work experience:

2-3 years of customer service or project quotations.

3 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs. ( Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.) Strong excel skills needed.

High School education or above.

Beneficial work experience but not required:

College degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
