Job description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Educational Studio to focus on the renovation, design, and construction of an assortment of school and pre-kindergarten projects throughout New York City. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, securing regulatory agency approvals, and producing project deliverables efficiently and accurately.
Desired Qualifications
- A motivated self-starter willing to take on responsibility.
- Completion of a five or six-year architectural degree program.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience - architectural registration a plus.
- Experience with educational work and NYC School Construction Authority projects
- Good Revit and AutoCAD skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
