  • Pass a background investigation.
  • BS degree in Business or related field and 7-10 years of related experience; MS degree preferred.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, ITIL, CAPM, or Project+)


Job Highlights:

OMNI Technologies’ Management team seeks an experienced Project Manager. This role will be responsible for management and planning functions for the project, including coordinating with stakeholders, creating an ATO-specific conditions authorization letter, identifying external requirements needed, and making sure the schedule and forecasted delivery date of all deliverables are met.


Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals, including managing multiple projects using portfolio management and project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of network and computer systems, servers, switches, etc.
  • Experience managing technical teams of 10+ personnel
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to solve difficult technical challenges on a global scale
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication and excellent team collaboration skills
  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with developing and presenting, orally and in writing, technical information to non-technical audiences and clients
  • Progressive experience with 10 years of security engineering, 5 years of management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, and 5 years of assessment and authorization of IC and DoD systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas and the use of different technologies.
  • Direct experience organizing, directing, coordinating, planning, and implementing all contract support activities. Interfaces with government personnel.
  • Proven experience in the management and control of funds and resources demonstrated capability in managing complex multi-task contracts.
  • Operate independently, managing substantial program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations.
  • Prior DoD project management with demonstrated experience in conducting technical project requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule, and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
  • Knowledge of national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
  • Knowledge of specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses.


Key Job Functions:

  • Manage staff providing LAN/WAN management, desktop support, SharePoint administration, software support, and help desk support.
  • Assign and manage individual responsibilities, create project schedules, and determine and acquire resources needed.
  • Ensure familiarization with the entire scope and requirements of the projects and serve as a liaison between team members and functional area management.
  • Act as liaison between various stakeholders and team members facilitating client relationships
  • Lead the execution of special projects and assignments through the application of industry best practices, technologies, and resources.
  • Track and document the status of delivery of all requirements prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs and develop processes for a team to handle all aspects of overall responsibilities.
  • Lead, coordinate, communicate, integrate, and be accountable for the contract's overall success, ensuring alignment with critical PM priorities.
  • Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, and ensure conformance to work standards. Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of all program/technical support activities.
  • Identify and address cyber workforce planning and management issues (e.g. recruitment, retention, and training).
  • Identify measures or indicators of contract performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the PM.
