Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager - All of Us works closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and business needs to identify, evaluate and select strategic solutions for the Marshfield Clinic Institute and the organization’ s established goals as well as the objectives for the All of Us-Wisconsin research program, which is a historic effort to gather data from one million or more people living in the United States, to accelerate research and improve health.
This individual oversees and completes the planning, implementation, tracking and communication of concurrent short and/or long-term projects for the department and/or organization in which the role resides. The Project Manager - All of Us works under the direction of leadership but ultimately has the responsibility to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to successfully complete projects in support of the department, organization and All of Us research program.
This temporary position is available until on or about December 31, 2023.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, organizational management, business administration, nursing, other health science field or related field or
- Associate degree in nursing and obtain a bachelor’s degree in nursing within three years of hire.
Preferred/Optional: Master’s degree in project management.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: Two years’ experience in project management or related field. Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with interactive presentations to a group.
Preferred/Optional: Project management experience within the industry this position resides in. Experience working with healthcare professionals among many levels of an organization.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
Minimum Required: Certifications listed per department the position resides within. Registered Nurse license awarded by the State of Wisconsin, if applicable.
Preferred/Optional: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
