Job description
An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Manhattan, NY area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager managing High-end Residential Architectural/Construction projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K, PTO, bonuses and other outstanding perks.
Required work experience includes:
- 5+ years of experience in Construction Management as a Project Manager is a MUST
- Experience with High-end Residential projects is a MUST
- Proficiency in managing Project Schedule, Project Budget and Change Orders, Subcontractors, etc. is a MUST
- Experienced with Construction Documents, Scope of Work, Specification and Design Review, On-Site Observations, etc. is a MUST
- Experience with Department of Buildings (DOB) and permitting is a BIG PLUS
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field is a MUST
