We are a team of Project Managers who provide strategic and transformational change for analytical, digital tools and business processes. We deliver a variety of successful improvement projects that create value and provide inspired solutions for our customers and business.
About the Role
Ensures projects are completed on schedule, on budget, and according to corporate quality standards. Facilitates communication upward and across project team on topics including project status, justifications for variances in budget and/or content, and changes in technical information (architecture, design, and implementation objectives).
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing all aspects and resources related to the development and release of new and updated products.
  • Ensuring that projects stay within budget and launch on time.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to acquire subject matter experts and peer reviewers recommended by content owners; ensure that deliverables are submitted on time; request payment and ensure that proper paperwork is submitted.
  • Developing comprehensive project schedules that encompass realistic time frames and the many activities that accompany product development and launch.
  • Tracking and report progress and forecast final targets.
  • Liaise with distribution and development partners to identify business requirements and to problem solve and trouble shoot problems.
  • Troubleshooting issues identified by internal and external customers.
  • Holding regular meetings with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure a timely launch and to proactively address challenges and issues.
  • Work with product owners, marketing, sales, and client services to plan and execute client and other communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of project management experience
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and databases. Experience with QuickBase a plus.
  • Experience working across teams
  • Experience using agile project management as it relates to content.
