General Job Description-
Manage all aspects of construction, including: job scheduling, material ordering, installation management, post installation punchout, and safety oversight.
Job Duties and Responsibilities-
- Schedule construction crews to meet builders’ schedules.
- Manage material needed for installation from ordering through job completion.
- Manage all aspects of siding installation to ensure a timely, complete, quality, and clean install.
- Manage timely completion and appliable billing of punch work.
- Manage completion of warranty requests.
- Find new siding crews as needed to handle workload.
- Ensure safety practices and regulations are followed on all jobs.
Education- Skills- Knowledge
- High School Diploma
- 2 years construction experience
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Valid drivers license and vehicle for travel to multiple jobsites.'

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
