Job description

Project Managers are responsible for completing the project in the estimated timeframe and within the budget in a safe, efficient and professional manner while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. The Project Manager is also responsible for client interaction, and requires the individual to communicate, market, and price business opportunities as requested. This position is in our Industrial Services division.

Day in the Life

After grabbing your favorite morning beverage, you can expect to:

• Directly manage projects assigned to you including all coordination of work crews, scheduling work with clients, execution of health and safety plans, and project profit margin. Also generate quotes, obtaining client approval/signatures prior to work being scheduled.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and their onsite representative(s).
• Communicate and coordinate all project information and strategy with appropriate managers
• Coordinate the performance of work in accordance with specifications and contract documents.
• Source, price and purchase all required materials, subcontractors, supplies, components and other required expense items for project.
• Accurately track all projects’ costs and expenses, compile profit/loss reports for project financial review
• Work closely with Sales, pursuing sales opportunities and conducting site walks as necessary.
• Prepare Scope of Work, generate quotes, and review contracts as necessary.
• Be on call for 24-hour emergency response
