YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process modeling / improvements
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written)

WE VALUE

• Experience with SFDC preferred
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, BEx preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Convey information with ease, engage audiences
• Relevant business analysis experience across multiple functional disciplines
• Ability to learn quickly and Identify patterns in problems
• Deliver on complex problems without guidance
• Make timely decisions in face of complexity
