G1 Contracting supports various industries, including Aviation, Food Services, and Hospitality. With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to welcome a Project Engineer to join our dynamic Union, NJ team.
Some of the job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist management with aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate with various professionals including architects, engineers, and other project team consultants
- Review of project drawings and specifications
- Coordinate submittal process with sub-contractors
- 1+ years of experience required
- Basic knowledge of reading drawings
- Must be detail orientated and have organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in project management, or an equivalent field required
- Must present well and have outstanding communications skills
- Must have a valid U. S. driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and be willing to work in a drug-free environment
- Must be able to pass a 10-year government background check
Compensation: Starting salary: $60k+ annually - depending on experience, unique PTO policy, medical, vision, dental.
