Offsite Integrated Structures, Inc. (OIS) is an innovative construction solution provider specializing in Prefab and Offsite steel stud framing systems and construction components. We work in tandem with our industry partners to provide complete services from conception to final erection of our structural systems. We have offices located in Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Contract document management; including, but not limited to updating contract drawings and specifications, RFI and change management (i.e. ASIs, Bulletins, RFQs) and submittals.
  • Scanning and uploading documents and emails onto OnBase.
  • Soliciting quotes from Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors.
  • Management of job specific subcontractor related documents as applicable.
  • Creating submittals packages; including, but not limited to creating cover sheets, obtaining product data, maintenance information, SDS sheets, LEED letters, and shop drawings.
  • Assisting with forecasting / cost analysis
  • Research and cost analysis of new products and manufacturers
  • Producing cost breakdowns / color coded drawings
  • Assisting with change order takeoff / pricing
  • Drafting and submitting RFI’s
  • Assisting with QA process
  • Assisting with job close-out process
  • Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
  • Conform to all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with OST and QuickBid is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization and multi-tasking skills.


The pay range for this position is $60-$70k.
