A positive can-do attitude who enjoys coordinating events and bringing people together. Our company is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee site surveys. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site survey, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in Home Inspection. This position is an in office position and will not require you to be at the installation site.

Key Job Duties:

  • Create project schedules with milestones, due dates, and estimates for materials required
  • Document all project phases, as well as present summary reports to management
  • Collaborate with team members in office and in the field to solve project issues
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly entered, and filed
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Evaluate pictures from site surveyor to ensure roof and electrical panels, as well as other aspects or the survey, are satisfactory for installation

Necessary Skills and Experience:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
  • Time management, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Data entry
  • Attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or student in business or related field of study
  • Two years’ experience in related field
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Competency in Microsoft and Google Doc applications
  • Currently live on Oahu
