Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description:

Berkley Technology Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to work in our Lowell, AR office to support the Project Management Team in providing the best possible service to our customers.

The Project Coordinator will handle multiple administrative phases of our customer service/order entry process from inception through completion and confirmation of delivery. This role will report to the Director of Sales Operations and will work closely with Project Managers to support their daily activities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required. You will be responsible for ensuring timeliness and accuracy of customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple administrative support functions for project management team
  • Vendor communications to include order status updates, shipping information, etc.
  • Track and trace shipments on a daily basis through delivery – this may also include calling multiple delivery locations based on project requirements
  • Obtain freight quotes for customers regarding potential shipments and proposals
  • Process daily customer orders to include data manipulation through Excel and Google Drive – this includes label printing, assembly of paperwork and printing picklists for warehouse use
  • Process freight billing/manifests for customer billing purposes
  • Provides additional backup support to the Project Manager team for various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service or logistics management preferred
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a desire to thrive working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of time, organization and urgency
  • The ability to fluently speak English and Spanish is additional benefit for a candidate
