Our company is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. In this role, You will communicate with tenants regarding property-related issues, coordinate with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs, and assist with all aspects of construction activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance for properties
  • Oversee property leasing process
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each property
  • Assist with all aspects of daily construction project activities, including project set up, estimating, planning, coordinating, purchasing, and construction scheduling
  • Perform other office tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, property management, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of construction project management software and tools
