Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Program Manager is as follows: Support the Auto Dealer Channel by managing sales initiatives, day to day SLA requirements and contract support for our EV (electric vehicle) and OE (Original Equipment) Dealers.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support sales initiatives and new business opportunities by working directly with the customer and key functional team partners.
  • Own the onboarding process for new EV and Dealer Group customers including API or EDI integrations, Credit & NDA packages.
  • Support contract price management and notifications to the customer.
  • Manage required reports for all OE and EV customers.
  • Act as primary point of contact for SLA shortfall.
  • Partner with Merchandise and Marketing Teams to drive all new programs and business opportunities.
  • Manage Programs, track and maintain accruals for potential volume bonus.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service Team to ensure customer SLAs are met.
  • Creation and maintenance of department databases
  • Manage all vendor, field and direct customer communications.

  • Others including Regional Presidents, Regional Sales Operations Directors, Customer Development Managers, Communication Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Distribution Excellence Managers, Credit Managers
Experience(s) that Best Prepares You:
  • Education: Minimum High School Graduate or GED. Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
  • Experience: 3-5 prior years of experience with customer service support, tire industry preferred but not required
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the company, in its discretion, may find appropriate and acceptable.

  • Excellent time and project management skills, ability to multi-task
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Functional knowledge of the use of personal computer and/or laptop
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Business Intelligence (BI).
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative
  • Demonstrate respect: handle all business matters ethically and in full compliance with American Tires Distributors “Code of Conduct.”

  • Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, hear, taste and/or smell; the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
