The Program Guide staff @ New Life House Academy will oversee daily activities with the program students. When on duty, they will carry out the daily schedule to promote the smooth functioning of the residential program.

The ladies at New Lifehouse are looking for a female Program Guide to participate in their change. We need dedicated staff that wants to minister and mentor the girls. housing, when available. Please call 918-435-8206 if you feel called to ministry.

Position Requirements and Responsibilities

• Oversight of the home and daily operations within the facility.
• Assist the PD, Dean, and LDC in compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Cover shifts when other direct care staff are absent.
• Administer and oversee disciplinary action and procedures.
• Communicate and act as a liaison between parents and the program.
• Maintain weekly advisor meetings and parent communication for all assigned students.
• Maintain and document student’s progress, meetings, and communication with parents.
• Report facility maintenance needs to PD.
• Coordinate student passes and enter plans into the pass document.
• Maintain student information on Sober Peer
• Administer medications to students.
• Other duties as assigned as necessary for the benefit and completion of ministry programming.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, College Degree Preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License
• All applicants will be background checked.
• Mature and Godly character.
• TC Graduates must have been out of Teen Challenge for at least 12 months.
• Amiable to the Assembly of God doctrine.
• In full agreement with the Teen Challenge Mission Statement.
• Must be a person of good character whose integrity is above reproach.
• The direct care staff must be a person of stable, sound judgment and shall possess spiritual qualities such as patience, needed to work with residents from various family backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
