Premier Martial Arts is looking for a fun, smart and passionate influencer to join our sales team! Outgoing personality and a passion for fitness required.

The Program Director is primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales performance goals, including generating and servicing leads, membership sales, and customer service. This opportunity is an excellent fit for a person who is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.

Here are some of the responsibilities for our newest teammate:

• Outbound follow-up on digital generated leads to set appointments
• Convert leads into membership Sales achieving weekly goals
• Provide excellent customer service to all members, prospective members and parents
• Event Coordinating for Birthday Parties and Parents night out
• Comfortable marketing to the community and schools
• Manage social media pages
• Willing to take two Martial Arts classes per week
• Other duties as assigned by Manager/Owner

Qualifications:

• Sales & Marketing experience (preferred)
• Experience achieving weekly sales goals
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Driven, organized Self Starter
• Problem solver/Critical thinking
• Ability to engage with children and adult students
• Ability to work independently
• Childhood development experience (preferred)
• People leadership experience (preferred)

Computer Skills:

• Sales associates must have basic knowledge of how to use a computer. We use the software Studio Pro which we be trained, and must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office products

Premier Martial Arts of Ormond Beach is a locally, family-owned business. We specialize in character development and life skills for children and fitness and self-protection for adults. We believe that everyone has the right to be safe and healthy. Our kid’s programs start at 3 years old and we have adults in their 60s!

Our youth program incorporates a life-lesson curriculum that integrates community service, daily talks, and monthly topics ranging from confidence, positive self-image, and social responsibility.

Our adult program takes a modern approach to real-life self-defense. Whether you are a college student looking to stay safe on campus, or the head of a household wanting to protect your family, at Premier Martial Arts our program will provide fitness and self-protection for the modern world.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
