Devereux New Jersey is hiring a Program Director for Community Based Group Homes Located in Gloucester County
The salary range is $65k- 70k
The Program Director is responsible for developing and coordinating program operations for multiple homes within the designated regional area to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for the individuals in our care. The director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all professional services, has oversight of all financial components including budget adherence while holding high quality standards of care and habitation for a variety of community residential settings.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New Jersey touches the lives of nearly 500 children, adolescents and adults, and their families, across the state. Individuals with emotional, behavioral and cognitive disabilities, including autism, are served through a broad spectrum of treatment settings, including community-based homes and supported apartments, vocational training programs, family care homes, and consulting services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required Master's preferred
- Five years of increasing supervisory responsibility and experience in a child welfare, behavioral health or social service setting.
