We are looking for a Program Coordinator (internally Analyst) to support the Practice Adoption team within the larger Product Organization at Aledade. The Practice Adoption team is responsible for promoting the adoption of Value-Based Care best practices within our internal field teams and external provider practices.

The Practice Adoption team at Aledade works cross-functionally with Product, Performance, and Provider Networks to enable our networks of ACOs and our field teams with the knowledge, tools, technology, and support required to successfully improve performance within Aledade’s tech-enabled ACO ecosystem.

This Program Coordinator is expected to have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. This person should be eager to collaborate across functions and build relationships and systems that drive success for our networks. Finally, the Program Coordinator is passionate about exploring new ways to drive buy-in, change, and rapid diffusion of the knowledge needed for network success.

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/working from home within the US or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain systems and processes that support the Practice Adoption team to drive adoption and improvement of best practices (including tech utilization) across domains of Aledade’s practice model
  • Support the development and maintenance of educational collateral and training materials related to key Value-Based Care workflows, such as Wellness Visits, Attribution, Diagnosis Documentation, Transitions of Care, Emergency Department Follow Up, Access, and Quality
  • Collaborate with Practice Adoption Managers and other members of the Product Organization to support activities related to the roll-out and adoption of new and enhanced technologies by practices across our network
  • Support Practice Adoption Managers to integrate strong measurement, customer feedback, and network learning by coordinating this work and providing quantitative and qualitative analytical support
  • Develop a strong understanding of Aledade’s Tableau-based data infrastructure, including manual data manipulation and analysis
  • Maintain project plans, excel dashboards, and other systems to support adoption work
  • Support and expand efforts to develop and disseminate new training and learning channels across Aledade’s internal and external network.
  • Complete special projects as assigned

In addition to these duties, the Analyst will also take part in the Analyst Program by:

  • Attending professional development meetings where you will hear from leaders across the company and touch base with other Analysts
  • Gaining exposure to senior executives and industry leaders
  • Developing expertise in areas including healthcare policy, programming languages, business operations, Medicare, and commercial payer contracts and clinical workflows
  • Having the opportunity to attend relevant events and training in the healthcare field

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Bachelors in a relevant field. Business, health care management, public health, or other related field experience preferred. If applying with a different degree, must have demonstrated interest in healthcare through other experiences
  • Experience teaching, training, or onboarding other people to new systems, information or processes
  • Experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel as a data management tool and comfortable with formulas and creating pivot tables

  • Demonstrated success in project management; proactively plans and monitors progress and communicates updates to stakeholders in an appropriate and timely manner

  • A collaborative team player with a roll-up your sleeves mentality
  • A strong writer and able to verbally communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated to produce work that meets high standards
