Title:

Program Analyst

KBR is seeking a Program Analyst to join our Team! This position supports the PMA-265 F/A-18 Radar/EW integrated Product Team (IPT) at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) at Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will provide direct business, acquisition, program management, engineering technical service support, and day-to-day operations support.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules

  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.

  • Tracks program/project status and schedules using MS Project and OnePager

  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.

  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

  • Assist with RFPs and coordinate technical evaluations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience plus 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the program.

  • 3 years of combined experience performing duties described.

  • 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR is desired.

  • This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight.

  • An active secret level security clearance is required.

  • Must be ability to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes; and can balance priorities to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment.

  • Must be highly proficient Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Project & Outlook).

  • Must be a self-starter and be able to capture action items and meeting minutes.

Contract Requirements:

  • Associate's degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree or Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a business or technical position is required.

Contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
