Summary / Objective:
Analyze program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules
Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform program management technical, and business case analyses
- Participate as a member of the specified Program IPT and IPT directed business meetings
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs
- Track program and project status and schedules
- Apply policies and procedures for financial planning
- Perform managerial and cost accounting, budgeting, funding execution, manpower management, workload, acquisition, document management, system support, and financial analyses
- Provide efficient allocation and effective utilization of financial resources, making recommendations for improving operations, systems, and reporting
- Utilize Navy ERP to perform financial execution functions
- Provide support with a variety of management activities, corporate initiatives, special projects, and data calls which could impact the organization and its business operations
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not supervise the work of others
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands: Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment
Required Education and / or Experience:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline; OR an Associate of Science (AS) or Associate of Arts (AA)degree and four (4) additional years of experience; OR six (6) additional years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree; AND:
- At least four (4) years financial management experience, two (2) of which must be within DoN
- Financial management experience should include:
- Financial analysis of business programs
- Development of cost estimates and program status reports,
- Knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR,), Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) processes
- Two (2) years of professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development
- Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules
- Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
