Analyze program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules
Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform program management technical, and business case analyses
- Participate as a member of the specified Program IPT and IPT directed business meetings
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs
- Track program and project status and schedules
- Apply policies and procedures for financial planning
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not supervise the work of others
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands: Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment

Required Education and / or Experience:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline; OR an Associate of Science (AS) or Associate of Arts (AA)
- degree and four (4) additional years of experience; OR six (6) additional years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree; AND:
- At least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline to include:
- Two (2) years of professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
- Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules
- Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to the planning-programming- budgeting system (PPBS), life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
- Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs
