We are looking for a self-starter, who can work under minimal supervision, and who can quickly understand which aspects of the workflow that needs completed each day. We are looking for people like you who want to get their foot in the door & who want a long term career.
This is considered a level 2 position. Must be able to lift 75lbs. This position would include the following job duties:
inspect productz
complete required documentation
place acceptable castings in correct tubs & separate scrap castings
Forklifts are rarely used but the company will certify each employee. You must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 points on your license & no DUI's in the last 7 years. The shift will be 1st shift for training 5:30a-4:00p Monday-Thursday, with possible Fridays 5:30am-2pm for 1 week but ultimately, will move to 3rd shift Sunday night- Wednesday night 7pm - 5:30am, again with possible overtime on Thursday night.
A high school diploma or GED is required
The pay rate starts at $18.50/hr. Once hired permanently, the pay rate increases to $19.00/hr on 1st shift & $19.60/hr on 3rd shift. There is also a $850 attendance bonus every 4 months, or $3,000/year (amounts to an additional $1.44/hr.)
The benefit package includes:
1 week of paid vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year
12 paid holidays
3 paid personal days

- $90.00 annual boot allowance
- 401K starts day 1 as a full-time employee
- 3% Annual profit sharing contribution deposited into the employee has chosen 401K annually.
