Description & Requirements
Responsibilities & Duties
- Processing and handling of raw meat including beef pork and poultry
- Must be able to follow directives to ensure quality product while maintaining safety standards.
- Troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Daily sanitation work and cleaning.
- Processing of regulated documentation
Qualifications
- At least 18-years of age
- 1-year of continuous prior employment
- Prior Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Able to stand for entire 8-hour or 12-hour shift
- Able to work in cold/wet environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.- bend- carry- push- and pull
- Ability to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must have a valid State-issued photo ID
- Must have reliable transportation for any possible shift
- Anyone hired for this position will be required to remove all jewelry- gauges- facial piercings- fake nails- fake eyelashes and nail polish (even clear) before starting employment. This is to ensure the safety of our workforce and our products.
Benefits & Compensation Overview
- $18.25 per hour.
- $2.00/hour shift premium for working 6pm to 6am.
