Job Duties:
- Will work on a production line in food processing plant
- Understand and follow all plant safety/GMP rules
- Work around heavy moving equipment
- Possibly drive a forklift
- Be able to work up to 7 days a week and/or 12 hours a day
- Employee could be placed on any shift, anywhere within the plant
- Employees coming in will be Campbell’s employees but will be on probation for 180 days.
- Able to work available shift, assigned upon hire.
- During that time, employees will be benefits eligible, but will not have seniority.
Must meet the following requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a continuous basis
- Must have a valid, state issued picture ID such as a driver's license
- Must be able to meet minimum requirement on pre-employment standardized testing
- Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
- Employer will conduct background check; issues will be addressed on a case by case basis.
