Badger State Staffing has partnered with a local family-owned business in the Appleton area that is looking to grow its team by adding a Production Worker position. The ideal Production Worker will have some forklift experience and be comfortable in a dusty environment.

Production Worker Job Responsibilities:

· Operating a high temperature furnace while maintaining the bagging station.

· Quality checking the product as it comes off the line.

· Transferring pallets from production line to warehouse with forklift.

· Keeping station clean, by sweeping production area.

· Recording and completing daily production reports.

Production Worker Job Requirements:

• You must be a Team player
• Thisposition may be required to work overtime, there is possible shift changes depending onorders.
• Ability to lift and push over 50 lbs.
• Ability to work 8-12 hours in heat that may exceed 85 degrees
• Ability to work 8-12 hours on your feet (standing/walking)
• Forklift experience is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• No weekends
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Appleton, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
