Compensation:
All of our Production Workers start at $22.19/hour with double time on Sundays!

Shift:

• Requires an ability to work 12-hour swing shift that includes weekends
• Swing shift: 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am on a 2-week rotation
• Shift rotation allows you to work half the year and be home half the year!

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to working safe in a mill environment with a range in temperature of 50-95 degrees F (not a climate-controlled facility) and a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate machinery. Duties will consist of a wide range of tasks, such as:

• Operate various manufacturing equipment, i.e. rewinders, coaters, powered industrial vehicles, etc.
• Follow standard operating procedures and instruction
• Perform physical work that may include but is not limited to standing, lifting, walking, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling throughout the entire shift. Items lifted may be up to 50 lbs.
• Work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Use of personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection is required.
• Maintain a clean work environment and organized workspace.

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing or other relevant operations experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience operating a powered industrial vehicle is a plus.
• Ability to work a swing shift that will change bi-weekly consisting of 12 hour shifts. Overtime, weekend work, and working various shifts may be a requirement depending on your position.
• Ability to work in any department as assigned.
• Submission to a post-offer, pre-employment physical & drug screen and background check.
