Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is now hiring for our client in the automotive industry located in Marion, AR. These are full time, temp to perm positions for Production team members.

Shifts:
WAGE: $16.50 (1st shift) and $18.15 (2nd shift)

- 1st shift: Days A or B Crew 6AM-6PM. Monday-Friday (and every other weekend)
- 2nd shift: Nights C or D Crew 6PM-6AM. Monday-Friday (and every other weekend)
- New 2-2-3 schedule

Responsibilities:
- Inspecting finished products and ensuring they are meeting quality standards set by the customer
- Documenting defective parts
- Assisting with sorting and packaging finished products
- Reads and follows work instructions
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Must be punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis for duration of shift
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background
- Walk, stand, and/or sit for duration of shift
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background
- Knowledge of basic mathematics
