If you are a
Production Supervisor who can:
- Help Guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safely manner
- Conduct Root Cause Anaylsis for scrap, downtime, or other processes
- Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing
- Create a team friendly enviornment
- Assist in scheduling production

Production Supervisor:
Education or equivalent experience required
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and multi-task. Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of employees
Computer or technical skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office. Strong mathematical competency
