We are a Supply Chain Management organization that delivers custom solutions tailored to meet the customer’s needs. Currently, we are seeking a responsible individual with three (3) years supervisory experience preferably in an automotive environment.

We are a Supply Chain Management organization that delivers custom solutions tailored to meet the customer’s needs. Currently, we are seeking a responsible individual with three (3) years supervisory experience preferably in an automotive environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring that objectives are met in the areas of Safety, Quality and Productivity
- Assign and track individual orders from production to shipment
- Train and direct production workers in daily order requirements
- Participate in coaching, counseling and discipline of full-time and temporary employees
- Able to stand, walk entire shift. Occasional bending and lifting required
Other requirements:
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision
- Must be flexible with shift hours of work, i.e. overtime, and holidays (when necessary)
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Occasional travel between facilities
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
- Lean 5S Experience Preferred
- Lead and participate in weekly/daily meetings
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- AS400 helpful, but not required
