Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00

Job Description: Premier packaging/commercial printing company in south FL is busy. They are seeking to hire an experienced Print Production Manager to oversee complex projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include: Work closely with clients, sales and production personnel to ensure client projects are produced on schedule meeting and/or exceeding client expectations. Assist in the development of projects and help find solutions. Determine most cost effective ways to produce projects. Work closely with major print/finishing vendors to produce projects according to specifications. Take part in press and finishing okays. Manage proofs through the client approval process and assist with any questions. Communicate with clients any changes in production and/or shipping that may affect delivery times. Qualifications include: Minimum 5 years' print industry experience in production management, project or production planning/coordination. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong technical knowledge of offset sheetfed printing, die cutting and finishing/binding operations. Working knowledge of prepress. Proficient on MS Excel, Word and general PC/internet knowledge. Strong problem solving skills. Able to multi-task several on-going projects. Quality oriented.
