Qualified Applicants will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years in Production Management or Leadership role
- Ability to provide direct leadership to the production organization
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to coach others
- Lean Manufacturing skills
- Working as part of a large team using verbal and written communication
- Great work ethic and teamwork skills.
