  • Provide direct, ongoing support to artists and visitors, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise as promptly as possible.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all artists and patrons in coordination with security.
  • Provide regular reports to the project’s management team on the performance of the immersive experience and any areas of concern.
  • Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues that arise during the production process or during performances.
  • Manage inventory and supply levels of production materials, ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and well-organized for the event.
  • Coordinate with the event’s creative team to ensure that all aspects of the immersive experience are executed according to the vision and goals of the project.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You’ll Be Great for This Role if You:

  • Can adeptly balance multiple tasks in an always-evolving environment
  • Love art, performance, museums, theatre, and want to inspire curiosity
  • Are a team player but excel as an independent self-starter too
  • Prefer to spend most of your day on your feet
  • Are responsible, trustworthy, reliable, and adaptable
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and wish to maintain a safe environment for others

Essential Functions:

  • Standing and/or walking for up to 10 hours
  • Interacting with and talking with others in person for up to 10 hours
  • Being present in a space with some music or noise for up to 10 hours
  • Bending and squatting to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Being present in a space with a significant amount of multisensory stimulation, including but not limited to: multiple recorded audio tracks played over speakers, abrupt shifts in lighting, prolonged darkness, and multiple video devices visible at once

Compensation & Schedule

  • Must be regularly available during operating hours of 5-11pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and 1-11pm on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Orientation is anticipated to begin no earlier than the week of April 10
  • Approximately 26-30 hours per week starting April 24 through June 4 with the possibility of a longer contract through August
  • $18-22 per hour based on experience

About the Project
