ZLA Solutions is looking to hire dependable Production Associates for one of our automotive manufacturing partners in Steele, AL.
Pay and Schedule
> 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts are available.
> All positions are full-time and offer many OT opportunities paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours.
> Weekend OT is common and is mandatory if requested.
> Double-time OT pay for work on Sundays!
1st Shift
> Start Times: 3:00 AM or 5:30 AM
> Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour
**After 40 hours, OT pay is $22.50 / hour
2nd Shift
> Start Time: 3:00 PM
> Pay Rate: $15.50
**After 40 hours, OT pay is $23.25 / hour
3rd Shift
> Start Time: 10:30 PM (10 hours a day / four days a week, Mon-Thu)
> Pay Rate: $15.30
**After 40 hours, OT pay is $22.95 / hour
Responsibilities
- Position and assemble components on assembly line.
- Use electric torque tools to assemble components.
- Perform visual inspection of completed assembly.
- Comply with standard work methods in the assembly of parts.
- Perform standard work methods based on customer requirements.
- Assist fellow team members in a production environment.
- Keep work area clean at all times.
- Promote safety in the work place and work to all safe practices.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (Note: a misdemeanor/felony record may not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
