Position: Production Associate

Location: Summerville, SC

Pay: $17-$18/hr.

Summary: Including but not limited to:

TradesPeople™ is currently seeking multiple Production Associates in Summerville, SC. The Production Associates works under the supervision of the Production Manager and/or appointed Shift Leaders. This position is a member of the production/assembly team for the company. They follow assembly procedures and assist in other areas as needed for the company.

Essential Functions/Duties: Including but not limited to:

• Follow assembly procedures with attention to quality and performance goals.
• Use handheld tools.
• Restock all small parts on the assembly line.
• Assist in other Warehouse / Production areas as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean workstation.

Basic Requirements & Qualifications: Including but not limited to:

• Attention to detail – Quality and organization are of the utmost importance.
• Must have basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with times of high stress and volume.
• Must work well in a team environment and maintain good communication skills.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.
• Candidate may be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check based on job location/requirements.

Physical Requirements: Including but not limited to:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to constantly navigate around facility.

Experience and Education: Including but not limited to:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Production: 1 year (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
