Position Title:

Production Associate

Pay Rate:

Starting wage is $20.20. After successful completion of training, pay rate will range from $22.02-$25.88. Rate of pay is based on job placement.

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm

3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am

• Overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Exact shift placement will depend on current production needs. Training will begin on 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm) for approximately three weeks. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner
• Reading factory orders
• Utilize basic shop math, such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment
• Consistent quality and count inspection of product
• Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
• Ability to work overtime as needed
