CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform in-process and finished product verification according to the specification of customer requirements;
- Perform visual wiring verification according to the schematics;
- Perform visual inspection of complete systems;
- Complete nonconformities report raised during production assembly;
- Perform various electrical tests such as continuity, relay, polarity and calibration to ensure functionality and safety of the system using provided testing jigs and equipment;
- Troubleshoot and replace faulty or mis-installed components detected during the test;
- Cut to length & crimp electrical wires of various gauges and color-coding following specification sheet and safety standard.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Completion of an electrical degree and familiarity with the Electrical Code;
- 2+ years of similar, hands-on experience;
- Experience reading electrical circuit diagram;
- Proficient in operating hand tools and fault-testing equipment;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
