What you do:
This position will be responsible for developing the overall product strategy for the Growth Portfolio in collaboration with the Business Line Sponsors. This includes managing and developing business case concepts, strategic roadmaps, and go-to market strategies that are thorough, accurate, and support decision-making. This position is also responsible for providing project leadership of key strategic projects necessary to advance business line roadmaps. Critical to the success of this position is managing interactions with key stakeholders and business partners to support the efficacy of the content produced and delivered.
- Develop business case concepts, strategic roadmaps, and/or go-to-market strategies for at least two business lines, sourcing content from subject-matter experts to ensure full evaluation of all business considerations for Allianz Life. Ensure consistency of format, degree of thoroughness, and efficacy of presentation across product lines. Identify and raise potential contention points across product lines to Business Line Sponsors.
- Facilitate the product development life cycle to ensure adherence to product development-related controls.
- Provide project leadership for key strategic projects in service of business line strategic roadmaps.
What you bring:
- 4-5 years’ experience required including experience leading multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders and business units; 6-7 years’ experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Experience in new strategy development and/or project management preferred
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
