The Mom Project is excited to partner with Regal Rexnord in their search for a Digital Product Manager/Product Owner . This role will be 100% remote .

The MCS eCommerce Product Owner will focus on driving a holistic and dynamic customer experience from the first touchpoint to the last. They will be responsible for understanding the financial performance and will partner with our businesses and digital teams to influence the platform roadmap. The right candidate will bring technology, the voice of the customer, and problem-solving skills together to drive rock-solid digital commerce platforms that meet the needs of the customers and influences their buying behaviors. The right candidate is a big-picture thinker and an in-depth problem solver, looking to make a tangible impact for a $2.2B business.

As eCommerce Product Owner you will: Influence Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop and ensure the roadmap, vision, and KPIs are being delivered across initiatives
Launch international presence, as well as other transformational product enhancements such as punchout or marketplace. Look for newly owned and external channels to continue to grow the footprint of product reach and sales (marketplace, 3rd party, etc.)

Drive KPI and OPIs:
Responsible for reporting on both leading and lagging eCommerce indicators, in partnership with the digital analytics team to identify opportunities and mitigate weaknesses
Develop optimization for web eCommerce including the Regal Rexnord value propositions, NPD launches, product selection, sorting rules, and product/service cross-sell and up-sell
Drive team to track, measure, optimize, and report on core KPIs including web sessions, time on site, conversion, page views, site speed, bounce rate, click pathing, Where to Buy lead generation, site search performance, and sales

Think and Work Agile:
Operate within the Agile/Scrum framework with teams of Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders
Lead the prioritizing and maintaining of the product backlog with support from Sr. Business Analyst and additional team members

Work with Digital Marketing COE:
Understand Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts and work with internal teams to promote best practices

Value Customer Feedback:
Nourish stakeholder and customer relationships to understand moments of delight, opportunities, and pain points in the shopping journey
Creatively marry industry trends and experiences to help identify the biggest problems to solve
Benchmark against the competition (both in industry and out) by conducting research and understanding the overall competitive landscape, looking for ways to creatively differentiate

Collaborate :
Work with the Sr. Business Analyst, dev teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure product backlog items are written to a high standard, refine backlog items, ensure acceptance criteria are captured accurately and understood
Manage eCommerce team of specialists and BA in coordinating user-assisted testing and help create training for internal customer care advocates and external users

Manage Projects:
Project management of the partnership and internal initiatives, working cross-functionally with internal and third-party stakeholders to ensure projects are timely, accurate, and align with best practices

Qualifications: Job-Related Experience Required:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce systems
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, or similar (MBA a bonus)
Experience building, developing, and deploying a multi-year eCommerce roadmap
Deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, best practices, and KPI/OPIs
Hands-on experience working with Agile/SCRUM teams in translating complex future state vision into epics and actionable user stories

Technical Skills
Strong understanding of IT architecture principles and practices
Background in Product Information Management system best practices
Background in deploying new eCommerce enhancements including
Helpful technical and software experience preferred but not required: Google Analytics, Qualtrics, PowerBI, Salesforce, Datorama, Interaction Studio, Pardot, HotJar, HTML, CSS, JIRA, Configure One, Sitecore, Kentico, Informatica, and other platforms supporting eMarketplaces, Punchou

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000 annually.
