WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

USA Job Function Description:

Researches, develops and implements competitive Digital products and services for the consumer, small business and corporate markets to maximize profits. Translates technological advances and consumer needs into usable and marketable products. Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the Digital life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace. Ensures product meets regulatory and industry standards.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Understands the product roadmap, creates the product backlog, and defines and prioritizes user stories to support the roadmap
Combines knowledge of business needs and technology to create functional designs for Digital products

Ability to present

Works with the delivery team to coordinate all aspects of the development, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Digital products
Explains product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered

Education: BS/BA degree or higher

Work Experience: 5-7 Years ; Agile product owner or business analyst role

Skills and Abilities:
Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with your team
Ability to manage multiple scrum backlogs
Ability to work with development and testing teams to ensure that they understand the requirements
Strong understanding of agile principles

Good to have:

Previous experience working in a start-up environment

Ability to lead in-person and virtual workshops

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
