PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking Product Integrity Program Manager for one of our top Client for location Sunnyvale, CA (REMOTE)

Approved Remote Locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, CA and San Diego, CA.

The Product Integrity Program Manager will develop expertise to conduct integrity assessments of a subset of our product portfolio to ensure that all products launch with integrity measures in place to protect our end users. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, execution-minded professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly and rapidly earn credibility with all levels of the organization. This person will be the champion for both operations and integrity risk as it pertains to their product launch portfolio and should have demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading multi-disciplinary conversations. They will be at the cutting edge of defining integrity standards and efficient launch strategies within their space and should have significant comfort and experience driving clarity with ambiguous problem statements. Given the speed at which products launch, this person should also be highly organized, efficiency-minded, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.

Responsibilities:
-Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs within to build integrity across product launches at scale.
-Spot and creatively solve complex, ambiguous, cross-functional integrity issues often unique to each launch.
-Audit and recommend improvements to the review process spanning across, process, adherence and tooling.
-Ability to align with internal stakeholders on quality scores and feedback
-Advocate for the community and various Global Operations teams in discussions with Product and Engineering.
-Apply solid judgment across multiple competing priorities.
-Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that integrity requirements are understood and implemented by partner engineering, operations and product teams
-Communicate proactively to cross-functional partners, prepare formal recurring communications, and present to people at all levels of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
-4+ years experience in a project or program management within a consulting, operational, financial or software/hardware business with experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent processes and projects, and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
-BA/BS degree or international equivalent.
-Experience building and managing relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders at a project and program level.
-Demonstrated experience keeping up with deadlines under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in a rapidly changing tech or startup environment.
-SQL/data experience.
-BA/BS in an empathetic analytics or social field or (e.g. Human Rights, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, User Research, or related field).
-Asana Project Tracking experience.
-Experience in quality management and auditing is a plus.
