As a Cooking and Culinary Coach, you will be on our sales floor demonstrating personalized meal solutions for our customers and helping them build confidence in the kitchen through a focus on cooking techniques. You will share knowledge and food passion and suggest new ideas for meal preparation, creating interest and enthusiasm for our products. What will I do?
- Build loyal and trusting customer relations, seeking feedback to personalize and improve the shopping experience
- Partner with the culinary, fresh foods and grocery teams to highlight, merchandise and sell new and unique products to best help and inspire customers
- Share personal experience and teach customers how to replicate a variety of cooking techniques for success at home
- Train and certify other employees on cooking techniques
Required Qualifications
- Passion for people, food and cooking
- Ability to teach others and educate
