Our Farmers Insurance Agency in Windsor, CO is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!
Our insurance agency is located in Windsor, Colorado, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this may be the career for you!
Salary Range: $30000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Requirements
Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
- Required: Property and Casualty License (will help obtain license)
