Crystal Dynamics is looking for a Producer to work with external and internal development resources to ensure that project goals are completed on time, budget, and meet quality bar.
On this team, you will....
- Report to the Franchise General Manager, who manages the entirety of the Franchise
- Partner with cross-functional peers both in house and externally to conceive, drive, and execute projects
- Work external developer and internal development resources to ensure the project is on time, budget quality
- Collaborate with internal brand/marketing, external marketing, outsourcing resources, first party console resources, and distribution partners to ensure optimal launch
You will be expected to...
- Set clear overall and interim goals for the development teams, ensuring that these goals are communicated, tracked, and completed while maintaining quality throughout various stages of production
- Solve complex project management issues and provide creative solutions to present to stakeholders/cross-discipline teams
- Oversee, coordinate, track and manage the activities of external and internal development resources to ensure that project goals are completed on time, budget, and quality
- Use production methodologies, and effective dialogue to maintain tight schedules and high standards of quality
- Establish, evaluate, and refine an effective project management process
- Identify and fix bottlenecks, clearing roadblocks both on day-to-day tasks and longer-term processes and pipelines
In order to be considered for this role, you must have...
- Experience overseeing complex/intricate projects or multi-vendor projects/event for professional game development studio or equivalent
- Understanding of various Production methodologies [Production Management Methodology] and knowledge of project management tools
- Experience partnering with external developers/resources
It'll be a bonus if you also have...
- PMP Training and/or Certified Scrum Master
- Contributed to major console title(s)
- Background working in a specific game development discipline (art, engineering, design) and ability to communicate effectively/mediate between all disciplines
The pay range for this role includes the annual base salary, not including bonus and the generous benefits package that Crystal Dynamics provides all full-time employees. Individual compensation is determined by work location within our approved states, as well as additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education. Your recruiter will be able to share more information about total compensation.
