CorTech is seeking to hire a Procurement Specialist for our client in Santa Anna!Benefits Available!
$27.00 per hour.
Full-time!
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
1+ years of experience in a purchasing or related role
Ability to sort data within Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail and organization
How You Will Make An Impact:
Review requisition requests for accuracy and prepare purchase orders to send to suppliers/vendors
Ensure that inventory quantities are sufficient for needs and order materials by checking the requests against the inventory
Perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of purchasing, sourcing, and profit margin increase
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, customer service, planning, and production departments to ensure the flow of goods efficiency
Partner with the logistics and shipping departments to schedule procurement department needs (e.g.: freight and carriers)
Assist department with weekly and monthly reports along with month-end procedures.
Support sales representatives by acquiring and sharing RFQs from domestic and international manufacturers to ensure accurate and efficient order completion.
