Our award winning Pro Agri branch in Stockbridge is recruiting for an additional Sales Representative to sell the highly acclaimed Case IH range of tractors, combines, balers and telehandlers, and aftermarket service to our customers.

The Case IH range of tractors includes the most powerful machines on the market, and all are built with performance in mind to cut fuel consumption and operating costs. When it comes to combine harvesters the Case IH harvesting range will consistently perform at high capacity with best quality output, performing with the speed and efficiency that will ensure a successful harvest. Compatible headers are available for all types of field crop. Add the Case IH Advanced Farming System (AFS) for the ultimate in precision farming, as well as the extensive range of Case IH parts and accessories available from T H WHITE, and you have a set of complete farming solutions.

Although a background in agriculture/ farm machinery is advantageous, we would be happy to speak to individuals with experience in selling construction machinery, agricultural amenities, or animal sundries. Our priority is to find someone who can build strong relationships with our customers and demonstrate a real passion for our brands.

All our Pro Agri Sales Representatives undergo the Case IH Crusader Programme, with modules including:

  • Essential Selling Skills (Iron Crusader)
  • Managing Activity (Bronze Crusader)
  • Communication Skills (Silver Crusader)
  • Professional Selling Skills (Gold Crusader)

This comprehensive scheme, delivered directly by the manufacturer, sets our recruits onto the road for success.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5:30pm with flexibility to meet customer demand

Location: Stockbridge and opportunities to work from home

Salary : Competitive, to be discussed at interview

Day to day duties will include:

  • Identifying customers & maintaining the database
  • Building customer relationships through time and territory management
  • Machinery demonstrations
  • Preparation of customer quotes and orders
  • Stock control and marketing of second-hand stock
  • CRM control
  • Supplier negotiating, relationship building and ability to administer supplier terms
  • Product knowledge sharing, including precision farming solutions

We are looking for an individual who:

  • possesses good communication skills and the ability to nurture and develop relationships
  • is IT literate with good numeracy and literacy skills
  • is calm and resilient
  • is organised with good attention to detail
  • works well within a team but also able to work comfortably alone
  • has the ability to negotiate effectively
  • has strong customer focus
  • Due to the travel involved in with this role, a UK Driving Licence is essential
